NEIGHBORHOOD RADIO WATCH: Twain Harte Area – The first NRW Directed net will be tomorrow Sunday at 9 AM. FRS/GMRS Channel 17 with no tone, or tone zero. There are a few TCARES members that have been wondering about this. (462.6000 narrow, 2 watts FRS, 50 watts GMRS)
