NEW LOCATION — in Pinecrest on old Strawberry Road, see below. (20 miles from Sonora, at 5,600 ft elevation, on 108, 5 minutes from Pinecrest Lake. Rich Combs, KN6HSR, and Greg Kiyoi, KN6RUQ, will teach a WINLINK CLASS so anyone that has a computer with Winlink and an appropriate interface between the CPU and their radio can send Winlink messages. Every June, more than 40,000 hams throughout North America set up temporary transmitting stations in public places to demonstrate ham radio’s science, skill and service to our communities and our nation.
